The people I work for recently purchased an old building in downtown Dallas. They are in 

the process of completely renovating the space. The original building was erected around 1905 and served as the first African-American clinic in Dallas. In the past 100 years is has seen dozens of different occupants and seems to be a very popular hangout for orbs.
